A Texas Twist on an Underwater Morsel
Chicken fried meats are one of the South’s signature dishes. While we love a chicken fried steak or chicken as much as the next Texan, we like to get experimental in our kitchen.
This year, we invite you to partake in our one-of-a-kind chicken fried lobster, served with mashed potatoes and garnish vegetables. This dish is one that our founder, Tony Street cooked up on his travels. It really is a labor of love that you won’t find anywhere else in Dallas.
