“In town for a conference Feb ‘09, ate here twice. First meal was the buffalo filet – out of this world, best filet ever…honestly. Second meal was the ‘taster’ not the right name but you got buffalo filet, venison chops and quail. I swapped the quail for boar sausage. All 3 were cooked to perfection (had quail as a starter…was ok, but didn’t want in for dinner also). Next time I’m in Dallas, will be back for that buffalo…yummy.”

This place was awesome. I eat a lot of steak. Probably 4 times a week. Until now my favorite steak was Ruth’s Chris Tbone. The buffalo filet here topped that.
